Where has the time gone?? We have reached the end of Cross Country and Girls Soccer has concluded for another season. Model UN participated in their first session and Football is moving into playoffs. Students’ Council is sponsoring Halloween Movie night on the 24. This week we will be hosting our Acuity Awards for Academic Excellence and Parent-Teacher Conferences.
Last week was a short week but we always managed to fit in lots of events and activities. I hope to see you at Parent-Teacher Conferences on October 24 & 25. Here are some special moments from last week.
Tickets for the Halloween Movie Night are on sale at noon all next week. Should we have a school dance in December. Take the survey on a Winter Formal Dance.
Reminders
Just a reminder that Lunch Service has begun and we also offer free breakfast and lunch.
Please remember to always have your School ID. It is required when purchasing a meal in the café, in the Learning Common and while on campus.
To avoid late slips please arrive to your classes early. Never skip class it negatively impacts your achievement and graduation.
School Fees
School fees can be paid online by logging into your MyCBE Account. You can also pay school fees in person at the Business Office at Pearson.
Reporting Absences
When you are calling in late or absent for your student, call 403-280-6565 and press 1 for the Attendance line. Please give the following information: Spell your student’s first name and last name, give their grade, and reason for absence or lateness and a contact number that we have in MyCBE.
