On Friday, August 25, students will have MyCBE/PowerSchool website access to view next year timetables. The PowerSchool App access to timetables will not open until Monday August 28.

Students and Parents/Guardians should review their timetables for accuracy before the first day of classes on Thursday, August 31.

If you believe there is an error in the timetable or would like to request a course change – you must use of the course request change form linked below.

IMPORTANT:  We will not process requests for course changes though email.

Please note that the following restrictions around course change requests:

• Classes at Lester B Pearson are very full with limited opportunities for changes to academic programming.
• All request for course changes are requests only. Student Services will try to accommodate requests, but we cannot guarantee any course change requests will be honoured.
• Grade 10 classes are full.  Course changes are not possible for Grade 10 students unless there is an error in programming (ex. less than 8 classes are present on the timetable or missing CORE classes (i.e. Math, Science, English, Social, Phys. Ed).
• We cannot make changes for specific teachers or for classes within specific periods.
